Copyrights & DMCA
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and Copyright Policy outlines the procedures we follow to address claims of infringement on our platform and to comply with applicable copyright laws.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our platform in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide us with a notification as specified below. We will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing content.
Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our platform that you believe is infringing your copyright, including sufficient detail to allow us to locate it on our platform (e.g., URLs).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material. We will notify the user who posted the material about the claim and provide them with the opportunity to file a counter-notice (if applicable).
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been removed by mistake or misidentifies the material, you can submit a counter-notice. To do so, please provide the following:
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location of the material before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not file a court action to restrain the alleged infringer within 10-14 business days, we will restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright laws.
